Project story

DDA designed this nine storey residence in full, from the architecture to the structure, on a 5 katha plot in Sector 13 of Jolshiri Abashon. Parking for ten cars on the ground floor, a mezzanine with a lounge and gym, eight apartments of 2,850 sft and a garden on the roof.

The building is an RCC frame designed to resist earthquakes to BNBC.
